Life has its ups and downs, things that are worth the fight
and others that aren’t even worth your breathe. When we are under certain
emotions such as anger, anxiety and depression we intend to remove our focus on
what requires our undivided attention. People come and go in life; we are all
familiar with that, with some we build strong relationships, with others it’s
just something that can be swept away. We build love, trust and honesty. We are
all human after all, we aren’t perfect so we break all that was built, we hold
grudges to those that made us feel the worst emotions. That… is a chasing after
the wind. What happens next? What exactly are you feeling? What did you gain?
Did it affect the other person? It doesn’t take you anywhere. That’s why you
should know what things are worth the fight and what isn’t worth your
breathe.
